💡V1.3.1 Minor Update

Today, we're releasing some quality-of-life improvements for our existing modules. Below are some of the notable changes which we believe you may be most interested in.

Statistics Embed

When we had to start using proxies for the Statistics Embed, we changed the refresh rate from 30 seconds to 60 seconds due to the limits on the proxy plan we were using. Since then, we have purchased a better 50GB proxy plan, and we have added additional measures to correct against faulty proxies. So, we are now ready to move the statistics refresh rate back to 30 seconds.

Sits Tracking

This feature, also known as the Staff Activity Tracker, has also received some new features in order to improve its usefulness. Firstly, we have optimised the /checkall command so it should respond faster. In addition, we added a /leaderboard command so that you can now view the top 10 ranking staff members in your Discord server!

Ticket System

We made some small improvements to the ticket system, more are on the way! Firstly, you can now remove roles or users from the ticket using the /remove command.

We also added the ability to customise whether users are sent a direct-message when they make a ticket. By default, this is now turned off. To modify this behaviour, re-run the /tickets setup command.

Restarts Notifications

As FiveM servers have become wiser about how they use their Discord server, we believe it's important for us to keep up. That's why we've added the ability to ping a specific role when you restart your server!

Although we have done our best to mitigate issues during migration, if this feature doesn't work on your old configuration then please re-run the /restarts setup command to ensure your configuration is up-to-date!
