⚙️V1.9.0 Features and Optimisation

This update reworks the FiveM Integration, improves some individual modules, optimises the inner-workings of the bot, and brings to fruition a new feature.

As previously announced in update 1.8.0 Features and Improvements, there have been some changes to the way we apply updates. This post addresses some of the major changes since V1.8.0.

FiveM Integration Rework

Due to major changes to the CitizenFX api, we have reworked the FiveM integration. It now works by direct connection to your server, and works seamlessly with almost all popular providers including vibeGAMES and Novonode.

Applications Improvements

We have reworked the interface on submitted application messages to significantly improve user experience. You can now use the paginated section at the bottom of the panel to view the candidate responses.

Tickets Improvements

Several changes have been made to the ticket system. We have added a /closerequest command on popular request, allowing you to prompt users to close their ticket. We have created a new and improved /ticket config command and established default ticket configuration. Finally, we have added ticket stats allowing you to track metrics such as tickets created per day, average staff team response time, and staff activity (including messages, claims, closed tickets, deleted tickets).
