This update -which in part has been silently delivered over the past few months- includes substantial optimisation for some features, and includes some supplementary work towards the long anticipated automated billing portal. This post addresses some of the major changes since V1.9.0.

Guild Tag Rewards System

Guild tags are those shiny names next to your players' usernames, and they mark a great opportunity for your server to promote itself organically. This system allows you to give your members a role (you could set this up to give queue priority) when they use your guild tag, giving you a great opportunity to promote your server through your players whilst they get rewarded for their loyalty. It's a win win.

Tickets, tickets, tickets.

Our tickets system is quickly becoming the most complicated feature available on the bot. We're proud to introduce some substantial new customisation options and experience enhancements for this popular module on top of the support team statistics we released last year.

This update brings many new configuration options in the new /panel config command. This includes required/blocked roles, override transcript logs, and user ticket caps. Boring admin stuff? Maybe. Helpful for fine-tuning your server configuration? Absolutely.

We've added Custom Forms to tickets allowing you to ask the questions that matter to your community in the pre-emptive ticket forms. This includes file uploads for purposes such as ban appeals, and we're hoping to add checkboxes and radio buttons soon!

Next on the itinerary is deleting tickets with a reason. You can enable this behaviour in the /tickets config command. You can choose between having no reason (default), having a reason which is displayed to the user, and having a reason which is kept in the staff transcript only. We've found this to be hugely useful in our servers in the past since you can close a ticket with a reason without waiting for the user to see it - the reason is in the transcript DM!

We've also added a /ticket transfer command to switch tickets between panels. The days of telling people to create a new ticket in the right category are over.

Optimisation

This update includes optimisation for several features, in particular big improvements to the Sticky Roles module. These improvements should result in a more responsive experience when using the bot. Let us know if you can feel the difference!
